As many of you know Route 3 is due to get hybrids within the next two months. These hybrids will be Enviro400H Hybrid's from Battersea Garage where the route will transfer to. Officially the route is operated from Beddington Garage in the North Croydon area; the route will transfer to Battersea Garage on the proposed date of 11th February 2012 although the route may transfer earlier as 2 of the hybrids have arrived early meaning that all of the hybrids are on course to arrive way before the latest January 31st.

Route 3 operates between Crystal Palace and Oxford Circus via Gipsy Hill, West Dulwich, Herne Hill, Brixton, Kennington, Lambeth, Westminster, Trafalgar Square and Piccadilly Circus.
Queenstown Battersea Garage was helping out with the service today due to the tube strike.

Currently this Enviro400 on the 3 is a rare working and will be more common once Battersea has full control on this route. I hope that you've enjoyed this post!
