Observations and Odd Workings- 14th January 2012 By Rhys

Today I met up with Dave and travelled around East London. We started off our journey at Walthamstow and got onto route 275 to Barkingside where we alighted for a route 167 to Ilford. At Ilford I managed to get obs as I did at Walthamstow and Barkingside. Once we'd finished at Ilford we travelled on route 462 to Hainault, The Lowe (Just have to say...Most boring route ever!!). We then got back onto the 462 to Gants Hill, rode on the 150 to Ilford, 123 to Tottenham and went our sepeate ways home. Our main focus for today was to say farewell to Route 20, 275 and 462. Route 275 will be going to Stagecoach on the 3rd March and its VLW's are destined for Norwood Garage's Route 432. Route 20 and 462 will be going to Go-Ahead London.

 Note: This bus originally began its life on Route 19 at BA before it closed due to the lack of space at the garage, Route 19 gained DW's from Brixton Garage at this bus along with another 24 buses transferred to Norwood Garage. Recently this bus has transferred to Barking Garage along with 7 other VLA's.
