Borehamwood Bus Observations

The other day my travels took me to Borehamwood in North London. The main reason for my visit was to take a look at Route 550 (Hemel Hempsted - Borehamwood) before Route 306 gets re-introduced and 550 gets withdrawn. Route 306 will run between Watford High Street - Borehamwood and will be operated by Sullivan Buses from their South Mimms [SM] garage. The route will run every 30 minutes 7 days a week.

However, Route 550 will continue to run on evenings and on Sundays only, so its not fully disappearing. The 306 will be introduced on the 11th June 2012...however we're not quite finished yet! On the 23rd July it will be extended to North Borehamwood and Farriers Way, replacing Route B1 which is also operated by Sullivan. So here are some pictures from the day.
