The 2013 Round-Up - Part 1: The Operators where not much happened

2013 has been a successful year for some, and for others less so. We are going to take a look back at 2013, and see what has changed within the London Bus Scene! In this post, we look at small operators where not much happened!

Sullivan

Following the successful gain on Route 298 in February 2012, not much happened with Sullivan this year. They successfully gained Route 626 from Metroline, taking 10 VLEs which were displaced from London United once the 27 got new Hybrid buses.

Quality Line

There is nothing much to report about on Quality Line either. They successfully retained Route 404 and ordered a brand new Solo SR bus, numbered OP34.

CT Plus

The only major action that took place from CT Plus came right at the end of this year. Following the extension of Route 388 to Stratford City, three former Metroline TPs were ordered. These are numbered between HTP5 and HTP7 to work alongside the allocated HTL buses.

In addition, OS18 has been taken off commercial duties and has transferred on to TFL work. You would normally find this bus on Route 309.

  1. All I've seen is pictures of is 1 former Metroline on the 388 which is HTP5 (LR52KWG). If there are 3 of them then please could you tell me their fleet numbers and registrations, apart from HTP5 of course.

  2. Search LR52* on Londob Vehicle Finder

  3. LondonVF.co.uk only shows HTP5 from Metroline. HTP3/4/6 are former London General PDLs.
