Route 391 ADH38 YX62FMV - Hammersmith

Here we have a ADH from route 27 on the 391, according to the LVF an ADH has only been on the 391 once and the photo above provides the evidence. If any Double Decker is to appear on the 391 it would normally be a VE or and SP, now mainly SPs as the VEs are now based at Tolworth garage on route 57. The ADHs from the 27 slipping out onto other routes at Stamford Brook Garage is quite rare, the Night service on the 10 is operated with ADHs and that is just about it, they did appear on the 9 quite often when it was operated with conventional buses, but now it is operated with NB4L.

The 391 is operated with Optare Versa single deckers and London United recently retained the route contract with 1 new and the rest existing vehicles, most of the OVs have been refurbished. A new bus is meant to be introduced on the 391, but ever since the award for the contract was announced, nothing else has been officially confirmed that I know of. I also assume the OVs will receive new WOB blinds so that they can be used on the 419 is required.
